Ooooops, my bad english...

Last week, I upgraded from ubuntu Gutsy to hardy, and many things worked 
fine but when I tried to run
administrative task (as useradmin or gedit) orca didn't read anything. I'm
using administrative commands with the instructions from 
http://live.gnome.org/Orca/SysAdmin and in
gutsy everything works fine... what's the problem? how can I solve it?
