But then you lose the knowledge if it is capitalized or not.  When
speech dispatcher uses the espeak module, I don't see ways this could
be overridden.  It even does this when I have capitalization set to
None in speechd.conf.

I guess the only way I'm gonna get rid of this to get into the code
and hack the change then.  Hearing "capital" before every uppercase
letter is very wasteful of my time.

Speech-dispatcher tells eSpeak to speak the "name" of the single
character.

If it tells eSpeak to speak the name of character "B", then eSpeak says
"Capital B" (or "Gross B" in the German voice).
 
If Speech-dispatcher or Orca doesn't want eSpeak to include the
"capital" information part of the character name, then it can convert
the character to lower case before it askes eSpeak to speak its name.
