[orca-list] Keyboard Mode Flat Review Bug

I am hearing my key presses echo'd while attempting to read the screen.
In other words, if I hold down CapsLock and press 'k' to hear the
current word, or 'i' to hear the current line, i first hear "k" followed
by current word, or "i" followed by current line.

This would be a bug, imho, but I don't see a bug for it. I can attest it
happens for one other Fedora user. Is it just us?
