[orca-list] orca and ubuntu

I'am at the beginning of trying out Ubuntu and Orca. I read about 
starting-up Ubuntu and Orca. But And quiting Orca. But how can I shut-down 
Ubuntu while using Orca? I get into the top panel with ctr+alt+tab and with 
the arrow keys further. But I cannot reach the log out button.
