The latest version of Firefox has an accessible hierarchy bug which will 
cause serious problems with Orca. The Firefox bug can be monitored here 
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=404343 . In the meantime, I 
would suggest using an older version of Firefox. A version from last 
week will probably do the trick. You can find it here 
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/
