[orca-list] read to end stops working in Firefox

Hi.

I'm running Orca 2.20 and the latest nightly build of Firefox 3.0.
I've noticed that read to end will stop working after I've visited a few web pages.  Once it stops, I can't 
get it to
work again until I start a new Firefox session.  Is anyone else seeing this?  If so, do you have a fix?
Being forced to read a web page a line at a time with down arrow is a real pain.
