Hi Justin.
In ms excel, there is a function to autofit the width of a column to
the text within it so that the text does not run off of the cell.
I assume the way you're doing this is to select the entire column, then
going to the Format menu, choosing Column, and from there choosing --
what is it called? Autofit selection??
If so, then the process is nearly identical: Select the entire column,
then go to the Format menu, choose Column, and from there choose Optimal
width. You'll be presented with a dialog in which you can tack on some
extra space should the spirit move you. Press OK and you'll be set.
Hope this helps!
Joanie
