No apologies.  That's what the Orca list is here for. Besides, thanks to
your question I learned something, namely:  When you tab away from the
signatures label, the signatures table (list of your existing
signatures) gains focus and won't give it up.  That's not very nice....
I'll file a bug against Evolution.  In the meantime, the shortcut for
the Add button is Alt A.
