[orca-list] Improving Orca with TTSynth

Hello,

I've found that with TTSynth, the start of each chunk of text, menu
item, list item etc is missed.  I've found the same problem when using
speakup.  I think I saw somewhere that this is caused by the dependence
on Alsa however I am hoping that someone has found a work around to
this?  It's getting very frustrating.
