[orca-list] Firefox is once again usable; I need security error dialog examples

Hi all.  Anyone who has tried to use the very latest Firefox or 
Thunderbird this past week undoubtedly discovered that it was a "no go." 
 It turned out that the accessible hierarchy was very badly broken 
(read "obliterated").  I'm pleased to announce it's fixed.  (Thanks Ginn!!!)

Now that it's fixed, I want to get to the bottom of Rudolf's problem in 
which Orca is not reading security error dialogs.  The site in his 
example (www.gmx.de) is no longer popping these up.  If anyone has 
examples of sites that cause security error dialogs to pop up, please 
let me know.  Thanks!!
