[orca-list] Application icon for Orca (Tango styled)

Hi there,

In relation to Tango Fridays[1] I created an application icon for Orca.
Since I've finished all work on the icon I'm hereby submitting the final
package.
The package contains the icon in all standard sizes (16x16, 22x22,
32x32, 48x48 PNG and a scalable SVG).

I like to request the maintainers to commit this icon.
