Hi.

There are several media players that are accessible with Orca.  Each of
them have advantages and disadvantages.  Also, not all players can play
all formats.  In most cases, you can use the players that are installed
by default with your Gnome setup.

Realplayer from Real Networks is accessible, with orca if you need real
audio support.
