Hi.

I wonder if you are getting caught by the the talkback Firefox plugin.
This thing opens 2 windows that aren't't accessible.  My solution when
Orca seems to stop working in Firefox is to do

pkill talk

to remove the talkback windows.  Orca will start talking again when an
accessible window gets focus.
