I just gave it a quick go and my experience was not a very good one. 
Taking Orca out of the picture a moment:  Keyboard navigation was nearly 
non-existent.  And when using what keyboard navigation is present, 
Filezilla did not seem to be generating the events Orca needs to provide 
access. <frown>
