[orca-list] orca does not read all the way when doing a say all.

Hello,

I've noticed that when I do a sayall in orca, it reads for a little bit and then stops. I have to press insirt Numpad pluss and it does it again for a little while. Is there something I need to adjust to get it to read the whole document?
