[orca-list] c++ development environments for C++ with orca.

Evening all.

for the last week or so I've been trying to learn Linux, Gnome, and Orca.

I'm a C++ developer, are there any IDE's that work with Orca. I've been 
playing with Eclipse and have got so far but is this the best development 
environment. are there some hints and tips for Eclipse or any other 
development environments.
