[orca-list] at-spi broken under debian?

Hello list,

I can not update to at-spi 1.18.1 under debian sid.
After sttarting orca from a textconsole 
the following messages were displayed:


** (orca:27609): WARNING **: AT_SPI_REGISTRY was not started at session 
startup.

** (orca:27609): WARNING **: IOR not set.

** (orca:27609): WARNING **: Could not locate registry

Whats wrong there?
any ideas?
