I've been using GNOME and Orca for nearly a year now and continue to be 
amazed at how quickly bugs and accessibility issues get tackled in the 
GNOME community.  Unfortunately, every once in a while, there is the 
exception to the rule and this, folks, is it.

Bug 103223 (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=103223) was filed 
back in January of 2003 (yes, 2003) requesting keyboard navigation for 
the notification area.  Three bugs have since come and gone as 
duplicates. Last month I "pinged" the bug with a comment.  No response. 
 <frown>  Bill Haneman has done the same over the years....

Lorenzo, I just added your comments to the bug.  Perhaps if other users 
were to go to bugzilla and add their own experiences as comments, this 
issue might receive some more attention....
