I haven't looked at it, but almost certainly yes.
I guess I should read up on how to write those ...
At some point we should write an Orca script writers guide, but for
now I suggest looking at the StarOffice and Evolution Orca scripts.
I wrote some code which improves the startup wizard experience
for each of them.
