Hi Michael:
It's looking for Python.h, which will typically live
under /usr/include/python2.4/Python.h.
What kind of system are you building Orca on and are you passing any
flags to the 'configure' command (e.g., --prefix=/usr)?

I get the following error when I try to ./configure Orca 1.0.0:
checking for a Python interpreter with version >= 2.4... python
checking for python... /usr/bin/python
checking for python version... 2.4
checking for python platform... linux2
checking for python script directory...
${prefix}/lib/python2.4/site-packages
checking for python extension module directory...
${exec_prefix}/lib/python2.4/site-packages
checking for headers required to compile python extensions... not found
configure: error: Could not find python headers needed to build Python
extensions
Any ideas on where I have misconfigured python? How can I figure out
what's missing? Any help would be appreciated. Thus far I have only used
the Orca built into Ubuntu Dapper but I wanted to try compiling so I
could use the latest version. Thanks in advance.
