Agreed, but doesn't orca use arrow keys for many of its functions?

I use altgr-arrows for producing ââââ :)

I know there are lots of keys which AltGr doesn't appear to "do" 
anything with.

On an american qwerty keyboard maybe, but even latin languages need a
bunch of algr keys.
