Only for the moment.

Designers at Emergya are currently doing a mock-up for a new look and
feel. Thus everything you cited are likely to become quite out of date
before too terribly long.

As Piñeiro stated in his reply, this is also already being looked at,
both for Orca and all of the things Orca relies upon.
