I used to agree with you :-) but there are some things that are
obscenely painful - and we need to fix that; particularly deep sequence
construction is an incredible PITA - see bonobo-activation's
object-directory-load for an example of the pain.
So I'm hoping some enterprising people will write some ORBit2
documentation of our extensions.
Ultimately, if we're keen enough we can get them folded back into the
CORBA C binding spec - there's plenty of scope for that. That is if/when
we've got them into a state we're happy with.
