Oh, the bits I forgot to mention: This *only* affects tarball builds (not
CVS), because the stubs/skels are not regenerated. Perhaps that is a
solution to the problem, I don't know. But I do know that you can't build
the many hundreds of 2.0 and 2.2 based tarballs on ftp.gnome.org and other
places (consider important apps such as Galeon and Evolution) on top of 2.3
right now. :-)
