namespace keyword in header

Somebody recently made this change to the
idl-compiler/orbit-idl3-types.h header:

(That's a link to orbit-cpp-cactus branch, because I can't find the
change for HEAD).

1. namespace is a C++ keyword, but hopefully we'll get away with it.
2. The original "ns" name was probably chosen for this purpose, but it
should have been commented.
