Can orbit handle rmic generated idls?

Hi there.

Is there anyone who can tell me whether orbit is able to create stubs and
skeletons from IDL files created by the java 1.4 rmic compiler?
I tried the sun Logger example in order to get a C++ program to interact with
an EJB object on an J2EE server, but I can't seem to get any IDL compiler
-exept fo course the idlj :-( -as it will complain about identifiers suzh as
'abstract' and 'valuetype' which seem to me to be valid corba idl
identifiers; at least according to the omg spec.

Has anyone ever gotten that to work on linux?
I'd really appreaciate some pointers.

PS. I do have the C++ plugin working, as well as the C++ examples frem the
orbit site.
