Re: Event Service not complete?




Sounds like the even service should just be re-done then.  Should we use
the MICO event service
as a basis?  I'm inclined to think with all of it's C++ template usage the
ACE TAO event service might
be harder to turn into an "ORBit" event service.

I'm probably more interested in something along the line of the
Notification or Real-time Notification
service though.  I'm not sure right now what the status of the R-T
Notification work at the OMG is...
I think Iona, and OIS were the only responders to the OMG RFP for Real-time
notification.
