The latest releases can be found at:

   ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/ORBit2/

Note that you also need the linc and libIDL libraries, which are
available at the same FTP site. There's also a good guide on using ORBit at:

   http://developer.gnome.org/doc/guides/corba/

Along with the examples that come with the ORBit source, this document
gave me enough information to get going.
