[orbit-cpp-cactus] exceptions containing objects and arrays work



Yet Another Uninteresting ORBit2/C++ Status Report: now, you can use
exceptions containing any of the currently implemented data types, thus,
atomic types, interfaces, arrays, enums and typedefs.
