typo in linc spec file (purely cosmetic)

And why is the Debian ORBit maintainer looking at the .spec file, you
ask?  Well, I may not have a real use for it, but I cut-n-pasted the
description from it, and our package-checking tool then told me:

E: liblinc0: spelling-error-in-description maintainance maintenance

So, if anyone has CVS access, and cares about not looking like a
goober, they might want to fix that up right quick.
