In the PortableServer_POA_Servant_to_refrence( ... )'s  implimentation in the ORBit source code , the POA  collects port and host from the ORB connection information and fills them  in the IIOP profile in the IOR.So the port and host is determinded by the
ORB and created by the POA .
              Now I am beginer of the CORBA.Except for the CORAB specs , would you provide  me  with something to help me futher  understand and study the CORBA?
