ORBit2 and -ORBInitRef NameService=... ?

Hi!
Does anyone know if ORBit2 supports URL-like strings to get object
references? I thought ORBit2 would do the trick, but it seems not
to...
myClient -ORBInitRef NameService=iiop://aaa.bbb.ccc:port/NameService
does not work.
As I can not find the string ORBInitRef within the source-tree, is
there any other way of adressing a name-server without knowing it's
IOR?
