error in giop-send-buffer.c

Looks like there is an error in the current cvs head version of ORBit2.
Shouldn't it be CORBA_unsigned_long instead of GIOP_unsigned_long in giop_send_buffer.c:137?
Furthermore, I think configure is not using the supplied prefix-path for checking popt.
Am I right?
