./configure: line 1995: syntax error near unexpected token `AM_PATH_GLIB_2_0(1.3.1,,'
./configure: line 1995: `AM_PATH_GLIB_2_0(1.3.1,, { echo "configure: error: *** GLIB 1.3.1 or better is required. The latest version of GLIB'
I'm running linux and bash. Got the latest GLIB, too. So, should I start hacking the configure-script, or is something wrong with my installation?

cheers, dan.
