An initial tentative API frozen release of linc 0.1.1 has been
made.
* What is Linc ?
Linc is a connection abstraction written by Elliot Lee, and
tweaked by others; it handles several transports (such as IPv4, UNIX
domain sockets, IPv6, IrDA) with optional OpenSSL encryption on top.
It forms the connection asbtraction underlying ORBit2.
* Where do I get it ? (when mirrors sync)
