RE: Java / ORBIT and IORs



If you use the orbit server program with a non-orbit client, make sure it
uses TCPIP sockets (which is not the default).
See http://orbit-resource.sourceforge.net/faq.html#orbit, question b.
I don't know what the equivalent is of ~/.orbitrc or /etc/orbitrc in
Windoze. Another solution is to add that parameter to your startup line.
