distributed name-server??

Hi everybody,
I realised my system using the naming service of ORBit.
>From what I undrestood, the name-server is, by default, centralised; I'd
want to know if it's possible to have it distributed i.e. the name-server
runs on every PC so that every station has all the naming info...
