So, just so I can get some idea of how things are supposed to work, so
that I can explore the code meaningfully:
What orbit-idl-2 command line args should be used to generate C++
stubs/skels from an idl file, whether this is already implemented or
needs to be implemented?
If people are working on particular parts of it, particular Sam who is
working offline, please declare what you're doing so that we don't
clash.
