echo_server.exe + Windows

Subject: echo_server.exe + Windows

  When I try to execute the echo_server.exe file from
the ORBit-0.5.1-win32.zip package it works well 
if the OS is either Windows NT or Windows 2000 but 
crashes when executed at windows95.

 Am I doing something wrong or it is a bug ?
