orball.lib + Windows

  All the examples in the orbit/test/ directory (ORBit-0.5.1-win32.zip)
  require the orball.lib file. But this file is not in the zip file, so
  I tried to put all lib files of the zip file - result: I still have link
  errors. I am using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0
  
  Question - which libraries should I include in the project to 
  compile and link  ORBit client & server programs ?
