How can I raise a system exception in C ?
CORBA_exception_set (ev, CORBA_SYSTEM_EXCEPTION, ex_CORBA_BAD_PARAM,
NULL)
does not work, and the following is declared as non-standard?
CORBA_exception_set_sys(ev, ex_CORBA_BAD_PARAM, CORBA_COMPLETED_NO)
