It's supposed to list the initial handlers available when initializing a
POA, apparently :-) Apart from the default " RootPOA" we can pick
"NameService" and a few other ("InterfaceRepository" IIRC..). AFAICR ORBit
does imnplement this to an extent, so I'd like to provide a binding for
orbit-python.
