[PATCH] Switch to GNOME 2.24, enable empathy


* 2.24 seem to be working decently now, except for an a11y error
dialog at startup and mugshot not being autostarted. I think it's
worth to switch, and I can spend some time tracking down the
* empathy brings in mission-control, which fails to build cleanly for
me on Fedora 9. There is a fix on the trunk, I asked the maintainer to
backport it on the 0.4 branch but I got no answer so far. See
