online-desktop bugzilla component?

Should we have a bugzilla component for the online-desktop module? I
wanted to open a bug about incosisten home page loading at startup,
and that would be probably be the most natural component to file it
in. It's probably a firefox bug in the end but it affects us and I'd
like to track it.
