where do i file a wish to gnome launcher?

i'm a newbie here

i've spent a lot of time and didn't manage to find out: where may i post my wish to developers of gnome launcher?

(i want to ask them to implement the ability to grag and drop files to launcher icons so that it toggles to that appications. i. e. if i have open vlc, and then nautilus window maximized, and i select multiple files in nautilus, i'd like to drag them to vlc icon on launcher so that vlc pops-up on top of screen and i could drop files to vlc's playlist -- the same way that works in windows)

i also didn't manage to find out if someone already has posted this wish, so that i could upvote it
