You may have to build gnome-themes-common (or gnome-themes-standard or something like that) with jhbuild. This is a soft dependency for almost all GUI-apps.
Hello everyone,I have been trying to build apps using jhbuild but have been getting strange GUI on all the apps I have built so far. Earlier I was using Linux Mint Cinnamon 16 but someone pointed out that I would need stock Gnome to be able to run these apps properly. I switch over to Ubuntu Gnome 13.10 and haven't been able to resolve the error.This is the output on the terminal when I run gnome-dictionary - http://pastebin.com/bMk9M49wAnd this is a snapshot of the running app - http://imgur.com/dFL3do8Would be glad if someone can help me with this.
