[gnome-love] building totem

I am trying to build totem (3.6.0) and starting by running ./configure.

The configure is failing with this error

configure: error: Package requirements (gstreamer-pbutils-1.0) were not met:

No package 'gstreamer-pbutils-1.0' found

How can I resolve this?
