Hm. Don't really know but I'd try a
    sudo apt-get build-dep devicekit-power

If it still doesn't work, you might want to have a look at config.log
and search for the failing string. You'll see what it actually did to
determine whether the necessary package was installed or not.

that was a good idea, but I am afraid it did not do the trick

Die folgenden NEUEN Pakete werden installiert:
  diffstat libdbus-glib-1-dev libusb-dev quilt

and it still fails.



config.log:

configure:13867: $PKG_CONFIG --exists --print-errors "devkit-gobject >=
002"
Package devkit-gobject was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `devkit-gobject.pc'

A package with that name does not exist on my distribution :/
