My original way of fixing it was to go into the failed dir and do make
-k install by hand, but I got fed up doing that, so I deleted my /gnome
dir and editted bin/head/modules.sh and removed the gtk-doc line (and
some other useless stuff like gob).

Since then rebuild.sh works lovely :)
