regression: NM 1.8 does not provide nameserver

My scripts expect IP4_NAMESERVERS and/or IP6_NAMESERVERS in the
environment, even with dns=none in NetworkManager.conf. This worked fine
until 1.8. Now the environment has all addresses in an 'up' event, but
the DNS info is missing.

What must be done to pass this info to the scripts? According to the
sources some "nameserver" property has to be exist. It is unclear where
the info is lost.
